Daily Mastermind! Today, I'm excited to delve into the topic of
reshaping your identity and 10X'ing every aspect of your life. This
discussion is especially timely because, at the end of this week,
we’re launching an Academy live event focused on a major growth
strategy. This strategy centers around creating authority in the
marketplace—a critical element for cutting through the noise and
truly dominating your space. Let's dive in!
Introduction to 10X Thinking
In today's session, we will discuss creating a 10X plan to
propel you through the rest of the year and into the next. To
start, let's consider a relevant quote from Tony Robbins:
"Successful people ask better questions and get better answers."
This highlights the essence of the Daily Mastermind—challenging
your mind every day and raising your level of self-awareness and
productivity.
Reflecting on Your Year
Let's begin by asking some introspective questions: How are
you doing this year? Are you satisfied with your results so far? If
not, what’s holding you back? Identifying these hurdles is crucial
to developing a plan to overcome them. Remember, successful people
don’t just reach the finish line—they push through it. If you
haven’t met your goals, it’s vital to reassess and refine your
strategies.
The Concept of 10X Growth
You've heard me talk about 10X thinking frequently. This
concept, discussed by Grant Cardone and also explored in the book
"10X is Easier Than 2X" by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy, is
not just about doing more. It's about a fundamental shift in how
you view and approach your goals.
A 10X vision challenges you to think in terms of quality
rather than quantity. While 2X growth involves doing more of what
you’re already doing, 10X growth requires reinventing your
approach. It involves reshaping three core areas of your life:
identity, time, and leadership.
1. Identity
Your identity shapes how you react to situations and
processes. It's foundational to your ability to achieve
transformational growth. Viewing your past year and upcoming goals
through the lens of your identity will help you see opportunities
for improvement and innovation more clearly.
2. Time
Effective time management isn’t just about being
productive—it’s about leveraging the quality and depth of your
time. Seeking a higher return on investment for your time is
essential. This involves prioritizing activities that align with
your 10X goals and eliminating those that don’t contribute
effectively to your vision.
3. Leadership
Strong leadership is pivotal to elevating both yourself and
those around you. Focus on attracting and nurturing the right
people who can join you on this journey. Developing leadership
skills will enable you to inspire and guide others toward a shared
vision.
The 80/20 Principle
Central to achieving 10X growth is adopting the 80/20
principle. Rather than continuing to do twice as much of what
you’re already doing, this principle encourages you to let go of
80% of your current activities. Concentrate on the top 20% that
yield the most significant results. This requires a shift in
mindset from incremental improvements to transformative
changes.
Weekly Focus
Throughout this week, I will delve deeper into each of these
core areas:

Thursday: Leadership
By the end of the week, I want you to be ready to implement
these strategies as you frame your vision for the coming year. This
journey will culminate in Friday’s session, where we'll address the
necessity of letting go of 80% of your current routine to make room
for extraordinary growth.
