Mastermind Quote of the Day

Let go of Controls…Michael Neill

I love this quote because I can relate (maybe like you) to the idea that we try so hard to control things in our lives so that we feel secure and “in control” of our life.

Ultimately, I have learned that what you truly must do for success is Take Action and Allow Space for Attraction…that is all you can do.

Today I want to share with you a few things that might inspire you to think about your life and think about making some changes to Create Life You Deserve & You are Capable of Living…

These are a couple of Poems I keep close and repeat to myself ofter

This first poem called success is often quoted by Les Brown in his closing remarks when he speaks:

Success

If you want a thing bad enough

To go out and fight for it,

Work day and night for it,

Give up your time and your peace and your sleep for it

If only desire of it

Makes you quite mad enough

Never to tire of it,

Makes you hold all other things tawdry and cheap for it

If life seems all empty and useless without it

And all that you scheme and you dream is about it,

If gladly you'll sweat for it,

Fret for it,

Plan for it,

Lose all your terror of God or man for it,

If you'll simply go after that thing that you want.

With all your capacity,

Strength and sagacity,

Faith, hope and confidence, stern pertinacity,

If neither cold poverty, famished and gaunt,

Nor sickness nor pain

Of body or brain

Can turn you away from the thing that you want,

If dogged and grim you besiege and beset it,

You'll get it!”

― Berton Braley

The next poem I want to share with you is one that conveys a very simple but power fun message.

(discuss)

“I bargained with Life for a penny,

And Life would pay no more,

However I begged at evening

When I counted my scanty store;

For Life is just an employer,

He gives you what you ask,

But once you have set the wages,

Why, you must bear the task.

I worked for a menial's hire,

Only to learn, dismayed,

That any wage I had asked of Life,

Life would have paid.”

― Jessie B. Rittenhouse

I want you to truly ask yourself a very important question today…this week:

Are you asking and expecting from life what you truly deserve and desire?  If not, why not…

That is where I recommend you do some work.

Thanks for listening today.  I look forward to talking with you more this week.
